Fabrication
Your projects will now be built to your exact design and specifications. As much as we know you are anxious to see the final product we believe in treating every project as if it was going into our own homes. With that in mind we pay special attention to detail and this takes time.
Your drawings will need to be processed internally before moving onto the engineering department. At which time a cut sheet must be generated and reviewed for accuracy. If your project has any special order components or is a complicated design it will require a complexity meeting between the designer and the lead engineer assigned to your project. Once processed and cleared for fabrication your plans now move onto the production department.
A realistic lead time is projected and your designer will contact you to determine a date for assembly within your home. At the same time high quality commercial grade raw materials are being cut to your exact specifications. Each piece is inspected for accuracy and quality to ensure the very best materials are used to assemble your custom furniture. Once cleared every board is wrapped, labeled and bound to protect while in transit to your home.
The entire fabrication process takes approximately three weeks.
